Anton SF When placing this on stomach or sternum, should the lights be facing inward so towards your body or away from it? Thank you!

Ariane, you need to place the device with the lights facing inward, towards your body. This ensures that the energy from the IC is being directed toward the target area.

Richard Grow, you can start with just the default number of repeats. It is set automatically for each IC once you select your transfer device. For example, for 2 2-minute long IC and Glowing IC Pad, it will be just one time. Later you can try adding more repeats, it makes the imprint stronger. On average people set 5 additional repeats for imprint ICs. People who are more sensitive need less strong imprints.
