Hi Monica, drinking water with ICs is no problem. But it is not advised to apply IC Pad directly to the stomach area if pregnant, as it has a strong magnet inside. Field emitted by the IC Pad is not strong and has low-frequency rage, like headphones. Therefore if using PEMF ICs you can apply IC Pad to the sternum.
