Hello,
I have a few questions about vitamins and minerals. I originally purchased the IC pad to reduce/replace my supplements. I thought I understood the process. ICs may also enhancing the absorption and utilization of nutrients, but they do not replace the physical presence of vitamins, minerals, or essential fats like Omega-3s in the body. While you can use ICs to complement your supplements, they may not entirely eliminate the need for physical intake of certain nutrients. For instance, Omega-3 ICs can support the body's ability to utilize these fats but won't provide the actual fatty acids needed for cell membrane constuction. If you plan to reduce your supplements, do so gradually and monitor your health closely. Start with the recommended IC usage and integrate them alongside your current supplements to enhance their effectiveness.
