Hi Andrew, if using Circuit IC Pad you need to set repeats to 5 (to have at least 12 minutes transfer time). With Glowing IC Pad no need to set repeats (2 minutes is enough), but for a bit stronger effect you can cycle 2-3 times.

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, thanks for the quick reply! What I meant was, can I use this imprint every day or should I take breaks from it so that my body doesnโt down regulate its own testosterone production?
