ย Kevin , donโt worry - you havenโt wasted your time. While adding the personโs name helps to strengthen the intention and focus of the remote session, the intention itself still matters a lot and photo on its own already provides a strong connection.

It's a lot different to the regular menopause and I feel all the symptoms all the time. Nothing I'm trying is successfully getting it under control.
