I drank about 500ml before sitting down to a Dispenza mindset transformation meditation. I usually don't hallucinate during meditation. At the astral projection step, I saw vague faces on the backs of my eyebrows, which freaked me out just a little. Kinda cool! And it was a particularly invigorating meditation session.

I tried it for the first time yesterday. I downed the first glass in one go. Half an hour later, all of my upper muscle tension was gone. Can I do it twice a day?

ka,yes, you can drink Imprint ICs multiple times during the day. Start with 2-3 and later can try more. It's essential to listen to your body and adjust as needed. ย
