Clears and eases my breathing when I wake in the morning for my lungs and large intestine.

In TCM Chinese medicine the lung and large intestine is the emotion sadness. I can feel my breath easing within 15 mins though I like using it longer.

This keeps getting better and better. Instead of IC repetitions of just 1-6 or Infinite, we can now enter a numerical value to represent the number of repeats beyond 6 times and not infinite. Eg: if the IC is set for 2 minutes... See more

I always thought, we have the technology to make substances out of nothing, broadcast them remotely, all from the comfort from our own home. And yet, the technology of playing an audio file on a custom repeat was too elusive. Glad to know we are rid of the wrinkle 😉

Someone wanted also playing IC for custom duration, like 3.45 times (not full 3 or 4 times), so it is also possible, you can set repeat to 3.5 times, for example and it will repeat 3 times fully and 1/2. :)
