I have some questions. Do I need to wait for 10~20 seconds for every sip? Can I put some ice after imprinting? Does the imprinted water contains electromagnetic wave from imprinting?

Seohyun, no, you don't need to wait between sips. You can drink the imprinted water at your own pace, as long as you consume it consistently throughout the day.ย 

It is better to cool water first, let ice defrost and then imprint and drink water.

Anton SF put the IC card in his mouth? I have the glowing disc device.ย  Iโ€™ll read on what the card is but can I put the disc wherever there is pain or discomfort?ย
