Usage reminders:
- Imprint into water at temperatures below 30 ยฐC (86 ยฐF).
- Glass containers are best for imprinting; avoid metal.
- Use at least 3ร daily, drinking at least 50 ml (2 oz) each time.
- Use for 1 month, but continue longer if you still notice improvement.
- Reassess after 6-8 weeks whether to keep going, adjust ICs, or focus on other supportive measures.
