Anton SF what is Tendon? Can I put it directly on the tendon? What color should the IC Glow Pathy be?
Should the light side be on the string or the black back?

Christina Hengl, a tendon is a fibrous connective tissue that connects muscle to bone, enabling movement and providing stability to joints. You can place the IC Glow Pad directly on the area where the tendon is located to deliver the IC effectively by using the red light. The light-emitting side should be in contact with the skin or placed over thin clothing for optimal effect.
