I managed to fire it up and did a pemf. The white light is a little pink still, is that normal?

Ava, if GlowPad 3 is On and you are charging the battery then the white indicator light will appear pink.

Ava, ah, understood. Overall we tried to make indicator light white, but it may appear a bit pinkish due to imperfections of indicator LED.

Anton, can you please let me know if I do a pemf on someone's eye where do I place the Glowing IC pad? Thanks in advance xx

Ava, best would be to place it directly on the eye. On GlowPad3 you can select Infrared only mode so bright light do not cause any discomfort.
Person can lay down, close eyes and place IC Pad on top of the eye.

Anton Since my hip operation (replacement) 6 month ago….half of my thigh is still numb… maybe a nerv got damaged? What IC would you recommend? The Surgeon says it will come back but sometimes it takes longer…Thank you
