Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a plant that is referred to as the “queen of herbs” in Ayurvedic medicine. Tulsi Blend is a combination of three types of tulsi and may help decrease stress, calm the mind, and promote mental well-being. Also, it may help support mitochondrial and cellular health. This IC was made with Ruma tulsi, Krishna tulsi, and Vana tulsi.
