Kudzu root is traditionally used to help reduce alcohol cravings, ease hangover-related discomfort, and support liver health and detoxification. It has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and is used to help relieve muscle stiffness, neck and shoulder tension, and headaches, as well as it may help support healthy circulation and maintain normal blood pressure. Additionally, due to its phytoestrogenic constituents, kudzu root may help manage certain menopausal symptoms (such as hot flashes).
