Hello, Should the pad be placed on each hernia or the placement on the sternum will act in different places (for my part, jaw hernia, cervical, lumbar)

Please can you recommend a good pain relief imprint to go with this?  The doctors have stopped using steroid injections due to age and the fact that they didn't work on my client anyway .  Thank you
