Help. My iPad no longer charges and the lights don't come on when I want to get water. I checked the cables and they are fine.
What to do in these cases? Thank you

Hi Laurentia, when you connect to the charger there is no yellow light? If the yellow light stays only for a short time, it may be fully charged.

Please try the following:
1) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.
2) Restart your computer or phone. Try a different phone or computer.

Help!! I currently need my ic pad several times a day and also leave a program running all night. It had no contact with water and never fell down. Cables are also ideal. Now it's loading but it doesn't light up when the programs are activated.

Hi Angelika, please try to restart your phone or laptop. Also please check if audio volume is set to maximum level after starting a transfer. And just in case, please charge IC Pad until yellow light goes off.
