Hi Paul, Please explain WHY you have prescribed the "Weight Loss" complex. Caffeine is something I avoid in foods/beverages. Will try the Hamamelis for next three days and see what happens. Which one would you recommend I download next? Thank you.

Thank you...I will try Hamamelis first and see what it does. I'm assuming that it is an
energetic form of 'witch hazel'.
