Hi there, i just realized I have been accidentally using this as pemf on my shoulder for my bursitis and marrow edema. I just noticed it is audible. For audibles, do I not even use the IC pad and just listen to the sound off of my computer or connect headphones and listen? A bit confused. Would this also be your best recommendation to get that bursa inflammation down and heal this or do you have others that are pemf?

Charlie Blower, you can listed Audibles with headphones or apply them directly to the body using transfer device (as you were doing).
At you practitioner office do you use PEMF or micro/micro current applied via electrodes? Usually from PEMF you would not feel muscles contraction, but depends on frequency and intensity. Anton SF Got it thanks for the info! Yes my physical therapist uses a pulse xl pro pemf machine linked here: https://www.pulsepemf.com/pemf-machines/pulse-xlpro/

They put a ring around my shoulder and it makes like contractions and pulsing in my shoulder. Will try that inflammation and pain pemf too, is that one good for the marrow edema through my acromion as well?

Charlie Blower, thank you for sharing. I see, that one produces a very strong field, so tissue in the body contracts or vibrates. With Glowing IC Pad some reported a similar sensation for some ICs, but usually, you would not feel it as the generated field is much more gentle and more about delivering specific frequencies, and informational signals.
