I have been using this PEMF for about a week now and my personal trainer who I’ve been seeing for 2 years has commented how much my movement and flexibility has improved in a week. I have tried other frequency devices to help this but it’s never made a difference.

Hello...... truly new to this group and Infopathy, 1st day. ICs charged and I am ready to roll into my healing journey.

Hi MaryGrace, welcome! It sounds like you have navigated a lot, I can relate and I am sorry, that’s rough. :/ I’m not a health practitioner only a dedicated student, but if you’re just looking for a place to start, I’ve found the ‘circadian cycle complex’ PEMF to test well for everyone, every time.
