Hello,

Which complexes would you recommend for a TH2 shift? IL-4 and TNF-ALPHA are too high.

Thanks so much!

Dur, to address a Th2 shift characterized by elevated IL-4 and TNF-ฮฑ levels, you might consider the following:
  • Anti-Inflammatory Complex: Targeting inflammation, this complex may help reduce elevated TNF-ฮฑ levels, addressing inflammatory responses associated with a Th2 shift.
  • Allergy Support: aims to ease pollen-related allergies and support the sinuses and lungs.
  • 7-Mushroom Blend: Combining reishi, turkey tail, chaga,... See more

Today I had a headache but no complex worked, neither audible nor CEMP, I ended up taking a medication. I am a little disappointed because I have no positive experience so far. My husband tested ausis for headache and no effect either ๐Ÿ˜”

Emma Dum Iโ€™m sorry, that sounds frustrating and dissapointing. Sometimes it does take trying a lot of different ones before figuring out what works for you, this time. This week I had a terrible headache that only the audible Neck & Shoulder Tension (ongoing) could bring relief for, after trying a lot of other ones. The longer I use these the better I get at figuring out what to try. It is a lot in the beginning.

Emma Dum , individual responses to ICs can vary, and sometimes it may take some experimentation to find the most effective solution. You may try the following options:
Headache Remedy: designed to help with common headaches, migraines, and sinus headaches.
Headache Complex: it combines several components known to address headaches, including Acetylsalicylic acid, Cannabis, Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, Phenibut, and... See more
