Oana, currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect). Drinking water more often increases the effect. We recommend using the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time

Anton SF Hi. So if I do the transfer on the glowing IC pad on repeat 2-3 times you mean that the IC’s get stronger and therefore greater chance to absorb them? Just to make sure I got it correctly?

Robert Lindberg, repeating the transfer process 2-3 times makes water more potent. On average people set 5 repeats.

Another perspective you may consider is: the body will absorb what it needs and release what it doesn’t so all is well no matter how many repeats there are (/is not any)

You may affirm that or have this perspective in your prayer - intention matters when it comes to energy healing (Infopathy is a form of state-of-the-art energy healing)

Its primary application is audible i.e. listening (as a background sound, could be with more pleasing music/ melody) but you can imprint it into water or as PEMF i.e. placing the GolwPad on your sternum or belly button or a body part/ area that needs that most
