Hi Riley, you can place the transfer device on a specific spot, set volume higher (if not at the maximum suggested level yet), and use it more frequently (2-3 times a day).

Hello Frank, do you use an iPhone? There seems to be such an issue on iOS after a recent update. This problem should not occur on a laptop or non-Apple mobile devices. You can also try closing all other tabs on your browser and locking the screen.

This has helped me through some very challenging times with residual anxiety and depression. I do not do well with physical antidepressants, so having this form is wonderful. It really helps in so many ways to improve my well being and mood. If I forget to use it for a couple of days, I start to backslide. A very strong support.
