Hi Victoria, currently, it isย unclearย what would be the formula of theย dosageย and whether this applies to ICs. So far we had reports that when transferringย ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger. Drinking water more often increases the effect. We suggest at least 3 times a day for the same IC or Complex.ย

Had a bad stomach ache my icpad helped a lot I used it directly on my body.

Honestly? My ICPad arrived yesterday and I immediately charged my water for the next day. I already drink enough, but a) the water tastes even better with it and b) I have to pee every half hour ๐ ... I would say it works 100% ๐ My cats have to go too. I'm curious to see how the specially charged water works!
