Hi Anton, when I use high pitch test my circuit IC Pad, I have to put it close to my ear to hear the sound. My impression is that I should hear it like one foot away. Does it mean that either my cable or IC Pad is not functioning correctly?

Sound intensity varies from device to device, it depends on how glue is distributed inside. It is only important that you hear it, it means the device is working.

HELP. I have the Round Glowing IC Pad. I charged it. But when I attach to my computer and tried to transfer..No lights on pad, and itโs supposed to โGlow?โ

Hi Faith, please try the following:
1) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level after you start the transfer.
2) Restart your computer or phone. Try a different phone or computer.
