Can you actually get allergic reactions from informed water? For example, if I were allergic to a substance in its "natural" form, would that also be the case with the water with the relevant information? Thank you :)

Would it be best to place the IC pad on the sternum or the back of the head?

Laura, placing the pad on the back of the head, near the base of the skull, should be more effective due to proximity to the brain and central nervous system.
