Haarlem oil is a mixture of sulfur with the essential oil of pine and linseed oil. It was originally developed in the Dutch city of Haarlem in the 17th century. Haarlem oil may help promote digestive health, support the immune system, reduce mental fatigue, improve skin conditions, reduce inflammation and joint pain, as well as manage respiratory issues, such as coughs, asthma, and bronchitis.
