D-Mannose is a naturally occurring, simple sugar found in a variety of fruits and vegetables, including cranberries, peaches, apples, broccoli, and green beans. It can also be produced in the body from glucose. D-Mannose supplementation may be used to help treat and prevent urinary tract infections (UTIs) and cystitis (bladder infection). It may also be used to help digest carbohydrates and treat carbohydrate-deficient glycoprotein syndrome.
