Hi, I am new to this procedure, when doing a PEMF do the Glo Pad lights have to be face up or down on the skin please?

Lynne, place the IC Pad with the lights facing towards the skin. If you prefer not to place the IC Pad directly on your skin, you can position it over your clothing - just ensure the lights still face towards your body. Before starting the transfer, make sure the device is properly connected to your computer or smartphone and set the volume to maximum for the best results.

After imprinting a few bottles of water with my Glow Pad, I realized that the IC was at "apply to body" instead of " imprint water".

Does it matter? Did the water get the right imprint?
Do I need to throw the water away and do it properly with the "Imprint water function"?
Is it best to repeat 5 times so that the imprint is stronger?

imprinting water = all-at-once mode (the water hold ALL the frequencies in the complex)
VS
apply to body = a playlist of maximum 3 frequencies at a time (which means your water only hold the last (group) of frequency/ies transferred)

You may re-shake the water and choose the imprinting m-water mode, as you prefer
or get the benefits of the last (group) of frequency/ies

The number of time imprinting your water: try 1 then more and more to see... See more

From time to time I have lower back issues.  This happened a couple of weeks ago and I muscle tested what to use, and I got Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.  The next day I was so much better, the next day even better, and on the third day I was all good. And 3 weeks later it's still all good.  I am truly grateful for Infopathy.
