This one confuses me. How do you know how much cream to use? Since progesterone generally makes a person tired, how is someone supposed to use this 3x a day? Or will that symptom not apply with IC?

Apparently it broke all browsers on my phone regarding playing audio.ย
Reinstalling the webbrowsers solved the problem.
Running said instructions regarding audio focus on apps other than webbrowsers, i.e. Spotify/Soundcloud/... enables to play Infopathy audibles via webbrowsers and still be able to... See more

Currently, there is no formula for the dosage and it probably does not apply to ICs. When transferring ICs for a longer time (with Glowing IC Pad set 2-3 repeats), the effect is stronger (you can also set Infinite repeat cycle and imprint for 1 hour to the strongest effect).
Amount of cream does not really matter, as 1 gram has same amount of information as 2 grams. It is more important to apply it more frequently for a stronger effect.
It is possible that you may feel tired, but probably much less than with using actual progesterone.
