Hi Michaela, I understand the concern ๐.
Grains of paradise have been shown to have the potential to increase the activity of brown adipose tissue, which is a type of fat tissue that burns calories to generate heat. Unlike white adipose tissue, which stores energy in the form of fat, brown adipose tissue is involved in thermogenesis and can help to burn calories and regulate body weight.
Having brown fat burned is generally considered beneficial for several reasons. First, brown adipose tissue activation can help to increase energy expenditure and burn calories, which could potentially aid in weight loss and weight management. Second, brown adipose tissue activation has been shown to improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity, which could potentially help to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes and other metabolic disorders. Third, brown adipose tissue activation has been linked to improvements in lipid metabolism, blood pressure, and inflammation, which could potentially reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
Hi Michaela, at the moment it is only possible to add single ICs to a complexes, and this is already a complex. We are working on a feature to add all included ICs from one complex to some another complex. At the moment, you can on each IC in this complex you can click "add to complexe" and in this way add all 3 ICs from this complex a to a another complexe.
