I donโt have shingles but experiencing a rash of undetermined cause. I had recently been exposed to an influenza virus by a grand child and then I broke out with a rash on my arms and legs. Thankfully only mildly red and itchy but annoying. I came across this IC while researching rashes, etc. Since I have had cold sores in the past and knew it it also a herpes virus I decided to try this IC. While running it I noticed that about 12 minutes in I became very tired and could easily have fallen asleep. I found that interesting as I know that the body heals and repairs while sleeping. I wasnโt able to finish the 3 hour IC today but will run this again to see if the sleepiness occurs and also if this has any effect on the rash.
