what is the quantity of wather must drink ? maybe is better to explain in all complex quantity and how we can use to not drink to much or something . thank youuu!!

Hi Smedescugratian, we recommend drinking the same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, taking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. Besides that when you are using detox-related ICs, you need to drink a good amount of water (not imprinted), like 2 liters a day.

Anton SF Can I overdose by drinking more than 3 times 50ml per day?? Because i just the complex throughout the day. like a liter each time per complex...

Anna, you can safely drink more than the minimum recommendation. The key is regular exposure to the signal, so using it consistently is more effective.

Anton SF which IC do you recommend to just clean or energize the (not imprinted) 2 liters a day water. Unfortunately, I still use tab water. Like Rock Water or something? Thank you

This remote program is absolutely amazing. I have created 5 different Pmef Ic complexes for me. Is there a way to set them to repeat one by one? Right now when I high light them they're repeating all together at the same time.
