For the last few weeks I’ve been dealing with digestive issues - not sure if it’s food sensitivity or IBS - yesterday my gut was NOT feeling the greatest so I got out my IC Pad and looked up what I could use to help - Happy Belly had what I needed - I used for the 30 minutes and I could feel my gut doing things and then half way through just relax -  I used today and once again my gut felt relaxed.
