I think there is something wrong with my glowpad. The orange light doesn't illuminate when I plug it in to charge anymore. I've tried using different plug-ins, charging cords, and charging blocks and nothing works for the disc but they work for other devices I have.

I think there is something wrong with my glowpad. The orange light doesn't illuminate when I plug it in to charge anymore. I've tried using different plug-ins, charging cords, and charging blocks and nothing works for the disc but they work for other devices I have.
Also, only the center of the disc lights up when I attempt to imprint water, but to a lesser extent than it used to. The blue lights around the edge no longer illuminate. I take it that is just because the battery is too dead for them to work.
Is there anything else I can try or am I out of luck and the disc has just "expired"?

Creo que algo falla con mi Glowpad. La luz naranja ya no se enciende al enchufarlo para cargarlo. He probado con diferentes enchufes, cables y bases de carga, y nada funciona con el disco, pero sí con otros dispositivos.
Además, solo se ilumina el centro del disco cuando intento imprimir agua, pero con menos intensidad que antes. Las luces azules del borde ya no se encienden. Supongo que se debe a que la batería está demasiado descargada para que funcionen.
¿Hay algo más que pueda probar o no tengo suerte y el disco simplemente ha "expirado"?

My Bluetooth has stopped working. I have tried a few other phones but, it won’t connect and the light doesn’t flash on the glow pad. This means I am unable to use it as I have not her way of connecting it to my phone. Could you please advise what to do? Thank you.
