I am having trouble with my IC pad as well, I haven’t been able to get it to work for a few days now. It is charged. It lights up when I connect it to my phone, but when I try to run the IC the little light on the pad just blinks slowly and nothing happens. I have been trying it on Safari and Chrome and neither works. Please let me know what I should do to get it to work. It’s strange because it has works fine for months then all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. I have even tried using my husband phone and that won’t work either. Thank you for you help!

Here is my thought.The only thing lacking in this machine is the battery power.I basically need to plug it in every single morning to make sure that it lasts all throughout the day and night. How about a external battery pack that plugs into it? I suppose we could buy... Ver más

Esta es mi opinión: lo único que le falta a esta máquina es la batería. Básicamente, tengo que enchufarla todas las mañanas para asegurarme de que dure todo el día y la noche. ¿Qué tal una batería externa que se conecte a ella? Supongo que podríamos comprar una en Amazon.

hi, my device worked perfectly until recently. if i plug it in to charge it, the red light comes on for a short bit then turns off, so i assume it is charged. but i can not turn it on at all. I have tried all the suggestions i found... Ver más
