Are there any certain specifications the device you're trying to run it on? We have tried on phones, bought tablets and it won't run with the cord. Bluetooth is out of the question need to limit EMF. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
¿Tiene alguna especificación específica el dispositivo en el que intentas usarlo? Lo hemos probado en teléfonos y tabletas, pero no funciona con el cable. El Bluetooth no es una opción; es necesario limitar los campos electromagnéticos (CEM). Espero tu respuesta.

I am having trouble charging my glow pad. The orange light only comes on occasionally if I jiggle the cord just the right way but doesn't stay on. Is this a common problem? I did read one other person having this issue. How long should the glow pad last? I use it every day.
Tengo problemas para cargar mi panel luminoso. La luz naranja solo se enciende ocasionalmente si muevo el cable correctamente, pero no se queda encendida. ¿Es un problema común? Leí que otra persona tuvo este problema. ¿Cuánto debería durar el panel luminoso? Lo uso a diario.
