Hi, I asked this under the complex too. My IC pad just arrived. It says to turn up the volume on the computer but it's too loud to be around. When my chiro uses it there's no noise - what am I doing wrong? Thank you.

My infopathy disc seems to have a damaged charging port. I have to tape the cord in order for it to charge. I have tried other cords and it does not seem to be the problem, only the port.  Is there any way to have the port repaired or replaced?

My child has cochlear implants, so my question is around using the Glow Pad - Will I want to avoid the head entirely due to the magnets that were implanted to make the cochlear implant device work?  How close in proximity to the head is safe to use this device with someone with cochlear implants?

I have been giving my dog an IC which is really helping him. But it's often hard to get him to drink 8 oz of fluid (even if I use diluted broth, eg). Does the volume still need to be about 8 oz if the dog weighs about 70lb?
