Tacrolimus is a powerful immune-suppressing medication used in the topical treatment of severe atopic dermatitis (eczema). Note: THIS IC IS NOT INTENDED TO BE TAKEN INTERNALLY! It is recommended that water imprinted with this IC is used to soak a washcloth or gauze that is then applied topically to the area of dermatitis. Apply topically 2 to 3x daily for at least 15 minutes at a time. Rinse and thoroughly dry the area after each application. It is OK for hands to get wet with this water in the process of making a compress, but it is strongly recommended that you avoid wet hands coming into direct contact with eyes or other mucus membranes.

This topical removes almost any growth on the skin including AKs and warts.  It also works very well on eczema. I recently tried it on rosacea and it is beginning to clear.
I would suggest putting it into a cream so that it lasts longer, but is not necessary.

This protocol appears to work well on most skin anomalies. Just dab it on with a Q-tip 3x/day. You can also use it as a compress for larger areas.

I have a question. It says to soak it in water and apply it as a compress. Can I also apply it directly to my skin or transfer it to a moisturizing cream and apply it to my skin? Thank you.
