Phosphatidylcholine are a class of phospholipids and a major component of biological membranes. Phosphatidylcholine may be used to support liver health, protect liver cells from toxin damage, and help with liver diseases including alcoholic hepatic steatosis, drug-induced liver damage, and hepatitis. Moreover, it may also be used to reduce fat accumulation in the liver and hepatic inflammation.

Phosphatidyl choline may also be used to promote brain health and support memory and concentration.
