Phenibut is the alcohol alternative. The IC has a more subtle effect - it will take the edge off a bit if you drink it with dinner. When I abstain from a nightly glass of vino, I sip this.

Question for Anton, I was using Sleep Complex with some benefit and then added Phenibut to it a few days ago and noticed a definite step up in sleep quality. I have also read that Phenibut should be used with caution as it can cause addiction and serious withdrawal symptoms. Do you think that this or other substances in the form of IC's can carry any unwanted side effects that they have in their physical molecular form?
