Using this for some days in the afternoon when I'm feeling very tired and low in energy  (just overcome a short period of alcohol abuse and depression, mentally/physically exhausted) after 10 minutes starts a feeling like "batteries charged".... 
Sometimes in combo with *Trauma & Shock Conflict Release*
