Lemons are a bright yellow citrus fruit from the flowering plant family Rutaceae. They possess a distinctive sour taste due to their richness in citric acid and are an excellent source of vitamin C. Lemons may be used to help support heart health, lower the risk of stroke, manage weight, decrease inflammation, improve digestive health, protect the brain, prevent kidney stones, reduce the risk of cancer, decrease blood pressure, suppress appetite, increase iron absorption, and boost the immune system.

Hello, I am curious about histamine (mcas) I can no longer stand lemon, if I take it this way, would I still have reactions to histamine or not at all?
