Hops are the flowering part of the hop plant (Humulus lupulus). They are commonly used to brew beer as well as add flavour to foods. Hops have also been used medicinally for years to help with various conditions such as anxiety, insomnia and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), excitability, nervousness, inflammation, symptoms of menopause (such as hot flashes and night sweats), depression, mood, and indigestion. This IC was made with the help of whole cone hops and fruit extracts.
