Would this help with essential tremors of the head/neck and spasmodic torticollis (neck spasms and twisting) symptoms?

Hi Anton & Team. Is it possible to listen audible without the headset? Only through the speaker of the laptop? Would it be still beneficial? My sister has difficulty to put had set on without assistance but can control the laptop buttons. Thank you
