Hi everyone,
I am new here and just watched the "getting started" Webinar but still unclear how to address the symptoms. Daniel explained you need to treat physical imbalance, trauma and stress before starting with the symptoms to treat.

how and for how long to I need to adress which basics exactly?
Is there a flow chart of anything showing the first steps?

Looking for recommendations for severe degenerative disc disease (DDD) at L5-S1 please 🙏 Ive been in chronic pain since 2019...both lower back and right shoulder chronic pain. I recently had adhesions removed by a Dr who is trained in ARM (adhesion removal method) but my fascia needs a lot of help. Movement makes me unable to do anything but lay in a bed. Thank you.
