Hi Anna, everything that I've learned about detoxing says to take a binder so that the toxins are removed from your body and not just floating around ... arginine and orantine capsules have helped me alot ... Spirulina, charcoal and bentonite clay I believe are common ones ... Worth researching a little bit and trying something
