Hi Susie, when you turn on IC Hummer, does it pronounce "Bluetooth mode" and when connects to your phone pronouces "Connected" or just silent?

I'm having issues with my IC Hummer. Who do I contact to get some help? It no longer plays the frequencies. It's silent. Does it still work?
