I do this regularly for a golfing friend who has wrist pain. In general, the pain fades after 24 hours, and he regains the pleasure of playing.

Hi p0rter, you can drink this IC a couple of times before bedtime. For example, 1 hour before bed and then 15 minutes before bed. Any time you can drink at least 50 ml (2oz of water), try holding water in your mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing.

p0rter, in general, we recommend using the same Imprint IC or Complex at least three times a day, consuming at least 50 ml (2 oz) of water each time.

Anton SF short question. Daniel once mentioned in a webinar that the amount of information is the same. Whether 1 drop or 1 liter. Then why should you drink 50ml and not just a few drops? Thank you

thomas, we suggest drinking at least 50ml as minimum so water can reach stomach and blood stream. For example, 
imagine same text written in different sizes. It can be 2pt so we can not even read it, but it still contains that information. We need at least size for example 8pt (or larger for some people) to see the text and read it.
