I swapped to this IC a few weeks ago.  I had also at the same time made some dietary changes.  The combination has been good with significant reduction in joint pain.

I noticed this IC has ibuprofen in it.  I've been advised ibuprofen because of the side effects especially the long term effects.  Are the risks the same with the IC?

P Quist, there is no side (negative) effect from ICs.

I notice a difference when not using this combo, less patience,  more mood swings

Hello everyone, I am wondering does imprinting several times give a concentration of ic?
I always work on 1 liter of water so I always think that a single impression is not enough.
I load the complexes 2/3 times for a liter of water.
Is this a waste of time? Or does this make sense?
THANKS

Hi Virginie , imprinting for several times makes imprint stronger. We usually recommend to start from just one repeat and later try more and see if that works better for you.

Anton SF Okay, as I have not yet had the use of care in printing, I do more prevention (French saying, prevention is better than cure); so I won't see if it works better. I will therefore continue with the stronger impressions. Thank you very much, that was my basic thought but you confirm my feelings.
