Hi Paille, please try the following: 1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using USB cable and charger. 2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum after you start the transfer. 3) Restart your computer or phone. 4) Replace Audio cable, it may be broken. The cable is called "3.5mm Aux cable".

how do you imprint body lotions, creams, oils.

Hi Shari, the same way how you imprint water. No need to shake them. The cream jar should not be made out of metal. Place them on IC Pad. Imprint and then apply the cream to the body. Keep creams away from heat.
