Angelika Pfeifer, please see this oneย  Bovine Prostate Extractย , some people reported it helped with PSA levels.

what kind of adapter do i need to connect IC to my phone?

Kristina , for iPhone 14 or earlier versions you need a "Lightning to 3.5mm adapter". For iPhone 15 or most Android phones, you need a "USB-C to 3.5mm adapter".
For iPhone, we recommend getting an "MFi certified adapter" for example from Apple only store or amazon, as others may not... See more
